Vötly is a demonstration prototype of a social network created internally by Code Atlas.

The app was developed by our team in every aspect: graphic study, user experience design, backend development on the Google Cloud platform, Android app development.

The main functions of Vötly are:

• Login with Facebook, tips on people to follow chosen from friends who already use Vötly
• Creation of posts containing two photos, accompanied by comment and hashtag, with optional closing date for voting
• Ability to vote one of the two photos in the posts of others with a double tap
• The user receives a push notification when his post receives a vote
• The user receives a local notification when the voting for one of his posts ends
• Page “discover”: discover posts of other users, even if not followed
• Profile pages and notifications
